Is the giant pretzel at Fergbaker in Queenstown, NZ the World’s BIGGEST Pretzel? We certainly think it is!

Another jammed pack day, starting off with a substantial breakfast at Fergbaker in Queenstown. We had a pie, the giant pretzel and an almond croissant. All absolutely delicious and would go back for more! Afterwards we made a quick stop at Edith Cavell Bridge located in Arthur’s Point for a beautiful view of the Shotover River before leaving and saying goodbye to Queenstown.
The South Island of New Zealand is blessed with scenic mountain ranges and amazing lakes such as Lake Pukaki. We made a stop there and could not believe how blue the water was and how spectacular the views were. Grabbed a quick bite from a small shop by the lake called the ‘Mount Cook Alpine Salmon’ shop. Salmon sashimi it was and it was bloody delicious!
We were on a mission to complete at least 2 hikes for the day and ended up going through the Tasman Glacier track and the Hooker Valley Track. Both relatively moderate tracks and the journey for both were met with beautiful views of the South Island. The destination for both weren’t as spectacular as we had hoped but could imagine it would be brilliant during winter and there would be more snow/ice.
