熱海に泊まることになったら、おすすめしたい観光地は「七湯めぐり」です。
JR熱海駅付近にある七つの「お湯」を見て回るのですが、順調にいけば1時間ほどで、余裕をもってとなると1.5時間から2時間もあれば十分でしょう。
いずれも古くから温泉の出ていたところを、スポット的に残してあるだけの小さな場所です。
※七湯は当時の温泉施設を復元したモニュメントで、自然湧出時代の痕跡はとどめていません。（入浴施設ではありません。）
それでも地下からの熱い蒸気や温泉を、熱海ならではの風景に触れての散策は、なかなかオツなものですよ。

Both are small places where the hot springs have been left for a long time.
* Shichiyu is a monument that restored the hot spring facilities at that time, and has not left a trace of the natural spring era. (It is not a bathing facility.)
Still, strolling with hot steam and hot springs from the basement, touching the scenery unique to Atami, is quite a pleasure.
