These three lovely Spanish girls made a delicious three course meal for us.
Salmorejo:
1. Remove the tomatoes skin, and add to blender. Blend at high-speed for about 30 seconds until the tomatoes are broken down.
2. Add some stale bread, olive oil, a garlic and salt. Blend it again.
3. Serve in a small bowl and add Spanish ham and a boil egg on top.
Spanish omelet recipe:
1.Peal 500g new potatoes. Cut them into thick slices. Chop 1 onion.
2. Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a large frying pan, add the potatoes and onion and stew gently, partially covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are softened. Strain the potatoes and onion through a colander into a large bowl (set the strained oil aside).
3. Beat 6 eggs separately, then stir into the potatoes and add salt. Heat a little of the strained oil in a smaller pan.
4. Tip everything into the pan and cook on a moderate heat.
5. When almost set, invert on a plate and slide back into the pan and cook a few more minutes.
6. Slide on to a plate and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Egg fan (pudding):
1. In a sauce pan put 1/2 cup sugar and heat stirring at low until sugar melts and become brown transparent caramel. Pour immediately into a cake pan.
2. In a bowl beat 4 eggs add 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour the mix into the cake pan with a thin layer of caramel on the bottom.
3. Fill a bigger pan with 5cm deep water and put the cake pan on.
4. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour or until the egg mixture cooked and set firm.

My name is Eivind, I am a thirty six year old Norwegian guy living in Oslo, Norway. I am quite new to the YouTuber travel vlog sphere, but hope that you find my videos cool, and as time pass by I hope you see my content getting better and better. My goal is trying to enlighten and brighten your day by giving you interesting videos about traveling, meeting people and eating food from all different kinds of cuisines. Usually my travels goes to places that are a bit out of the beaten track, like smaller cities or just less known cities, where I explore the neighborhoods or head into the nature. If possible, I`ll bring my drone also, but this has become more difficult in recent years due to strict regulations. I will also try to make some videos about my home country Norway, one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
On my travels I like to connect with the local people. Usually I do this via Couchsurfing, either just by meeting up with people to explore together or by actually staying at their place. I also wander aimlessly around in places talking to random people.
I do host a lot of people in my place in Oslo, maybe someday it will be you.
One of my biggest passion in life is food. And when cooking and eating together with nice people it`s the best. I make some videos together with some of my guests, these are really fun to make and I also learn to make new dishes. Maybe you can come cook with me?
Another thing I try to is enlighten people about the environment, especially the plastic problem we have all over the world. In almost every country I go to there is garbage all over. I film it and put it in some videos here and there. As a tip for you, try to pick up one piece of plastic everyday, and of course, never throw any in the first place.
