Beautiful Kyoto: Chasing Autumn in Kyoto Japan [4K UHD Cinematic]

Arriving in Osaka Kansai International Airport, we visited Osaka and Kyoto, an amazing city which is modern and ancient at the same time. Kyoto is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Among the modern metropolitan buildings and amenities, are treasures of ancient Japanese culture and art. There are thousands of temple and shrines in this city and there is hidden gem in every corner of this photogenic city.

We were also blessed to visit during early Autumn and caught glimpses of beautiful autumn leaves (momiji) in Kyoto. Almost every temple/shrine we visited was mesmerizingly beautiful, unique and surrounded by meticulously designed, tranquil gardens and amazing landscapes like majestic mountains, colourful maple trees and sky-reaching bamboo groves.

This trip is a treat to not only our eyes but also our belly! Great restaurant and yummy street food was found everywhere in Osaka and Kyoto!

We based ourselvse in Namba, Osaka and commuted to Kyoto using 2-day Kyoto-Osaka Sightseeing Pass by Keihan Electric Railway as it is very cost effective and the stations are close to many key destinations in Kyoto. Great thing about staying in Osaka was that we could enjoyed late night shopping in key shopping district in Osaka like Shinsabashi and Dontobori!
