★2019年 千代田のさくらまつりは、2019年3月27日(水)〜4月7日(日)に開催します。（開花状況により変更になる場合があります）
さくらまつり期間中は、全長約700m・さくらの名所「千鳥ヶ淵緑道」のLEDライトアップや、お濠の水上より夜桜を堪能できる「区営千鳥ヶ淵ボート場」の夜間特別営業などを実施します。周辺の靖國神社では、様々な催事が催され出店が立ち並び賑わいます。
また各地で商店街や団体などによる関連イベントも催されます。車窓から千鳥ヶ淵周辺の桜を楽しめる無料周遊バス「さくらカルガモ号」や、まちを周遊する無料シャトルバス「丸の内シャトル さくら祭り号」も特別運行いたします。

《夜桜ライトアップ》
千代田のさくらまつり期間中、全長約700m、名所「千鳥ヶ淵緑道」のさくら並木のLEDライトアップを行ないます。
「LED電球」を使用した環境配慮型のライトアップで、千鳥ヶ淵緑道のさくらに負担をかけないようにしています。
また電力は太陽光により発電します。
