✨ This time next week the Arashiyama area including Togetsukyo Bridge and the bamboo grove will be brilliantly illuminated as part of the Arashiyama Hanatouro Festival. ✨ This 10 day festival runs between Friday 13th – Sunday 22nd December, with the illuminations switched on between 5-8:30pm each evening.
