► Here’s a look at the recently opened Starbucks Roastery in Tokyo, which also happens to be the biggest in the world. (the other 4 shops worldwide are located in Shanghai, Seattle, New York and Milano.)

Before visiting the place, I thought it would be difficult to find a cozy space to sit with a certain level of privacy, as the place is huge. (1200 sqm) – but I was happy to be wrong.

It has 4 floors, each with its own enviroment and distinct style, yet still all connected, with the use of wood with a nice, smooth organic feel to the design throughout the entire shop.

One floor contains a HUGE “standard” Starbucks Reserve, with its own Starbucks bakery in the corner, and the mandatory souvenir shop by the exit. Next floor has a nice Teavana Tea-room which i personally liked the most ( Watch it here @01:07 )

Third floor is the “Arriviamo Cocktail & Espresso Bar”, while the fourth floor has The Lounge and an outdoor terrace seating.

No matter which floor you’re sitting, you can see the 17 meters tall roaster, being the heart of the shop, stretching from the ground floor to the ceiling.

Enjoy the little tour and thanks for watching! 🙂
