Yudofu is a hot pot dish of boiled tofu, bean curd. Kelp is laid in the pot with hot water and boiled tofu is eaten with the sauce. It is said that tofu have been conveyed to Japan from the continent in the 700’s. Here you can taste the traditional yudofu at the purely Japanese style architecture, Sukiya style.
