Quite close to Naha, Okinawa, are located the small island group: The Kerama Islands. One of the islands is Zamami Island. It is quite small but is large enough to have several high-end beaches and some spectacular views. The island is also known for it’s diving and snorkelling activities.
The island group is well connected with ferries and plains.
In the winter the island is famous for it’s whale watching where you can see the big humpbag whales breach.
It is perfect for a day trip from Naha.
