I love ramen and eat it at restaurants a lot, but "Tsukemen" is also incredibly good. This one is my homemade Tsukemen! You eat it by dipping the noodles into a rich, thick soup.

I also love Chashu (braised pork belly), and making it at home means I can eat as much as I want. So satisfying!

I know ramen shops are popular overseas, but do you guys have Tsukemen where you live?
