TOKYO — Even with China discouraging travel to Japan and the war in the Middle East affecting reservations, hotel rates in Japan look set to keep climbing as the influx of foreign visitors continues, CEO Fumikazu Ueda of Osaka-based Royal Hotel tells Nikkei.
