My flight from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) Malaysia for holiday.
Its a mid-noon flight so there is long taxi to 16R runway for takeoff.
The whole flight was pleasant and no turbulence encountered. The flight crews were friendly and servicing was great.
Flight crew announcement during taxi :-

The aircraft took off from 16R. After takeoff. it made a U turn right back over the Australian land mass and continued flying north. After leaving the Australian airspace it flew over the Indonesian airspace. From the cabin one can see the thousands of Indonesian islands below.
At 22:44, Singapore Airlines A380 was spotted flying in parallel formation.
After the aircraft entered the Malaysian airspace, it flew along the west coast of main land Malaysia. Then it turned right to Sepang District of Selangor where Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is located. KLIA is 45 kilometres (28 mi) south of Kuala Lumpur city
