Japan: Operator Cosmos Hotel Management will open two Osaka locations this autumn under the MIMARU family long-stay brand.
MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi Central is a 66-key aparthotel designed for groups of four to six guests. It will open 1 September 2026.
Namba Station Annex is a 68-key aparthotel designed for larger groups with longer stays. It will open 1 October 2026.

Cosmos said an increasing share of families visiting Japan amid record international travellers grounded the expansion.
