Tokyo After Dark – Shinjuku Kabukicho Night Walk 4K HDR

Went out for a night walk around Kabukicho in Shinjuku as winter is starting to wind down. The streets felt pretty lively with the coming warmer evenings, with cherry blossom season right around the corner. Wandered the main Kabukicho strip, then dipped into Golden Gai for a bit, which was surprisingly quiet this time. After that, headed back into the busier streets and finished off in Omoide Yokocho, which was packed with tourists as always.

    The amount of tourists there last time I stopped in Shinjuku in October 2025 was WILD during the day.

    I love the tokyo vibe. But if i was ever luckily to visit, i think small towns like omihachiman would be more rewarding.
