Japan Sakura Trip Day 1 – Airport Onsen, Sendai Cherry Blossoms along 8km river, food & more 仙台一目千本櫻

🌸 It’s spring again, so yes, we’re back in Japan!

This time we’re heading up to Tohoku (northeast Japan) for cherry blossoms, since they bloom a bit later than Tokyo/Osaka, it would be perfect if you’re planning an April Japan trip!

We started from Haneda Airport, found a surprisingly nice onsen there (you might see Mt Fuji if lucky 🗻), then made our way to Sendai.

The highlight was definitely Hitome Senbonzakura, an 8km stretch of sakura along the river! And of course… lots of good food as always, including Sendai’s famous ox tongue!

我們這次選擇去東北追櫻花，因為這邊開花時間比東京／大阪遲，如果你打算4月才出發，其實東北可能更大機會看到滿開呢！

行程從羽田機場開始，先泡個溫泉（運氣好還能邊泡邊看富士山🗻），之後一路北上到仙台。這趟最震撼的一定是‘一目千本櫻’，沿著河岸整整8公里的櫻花，真的美到有點不真實！當然還有不能錯過的仙台牛舌！
