EdgeConneX begins construction of 200 MW data centre campus in Osaka

EdgeConneX has commenced construction of a 200 MW hyperscale data centre campus in the Greater Osaka region, marking its first development project in Japan. The facility, being developed in partnership with Kagoya Asset Management, will be located approximately 30 kilometres from central Osaka and is planned to cover around 130,000 square metres. The first phase is scheduled to enter service in the first quarter of 2028.
