I don't want to shared room in first class!?
Otherwise 😂!!! Still uncomfortable surrounded by stranger people 😞
Bro try vistadome on manglore to manglore routein mansoon. That will be your most unforgettable journey. Also try konkan route and Dudhsagar falls
13:50 You can switch off those lights from outside the cabin. 😅
I am very satisfied watching the world travellers touching my hometown due to this train.
Thank u very much Sir.
Keep travelling.
Welcome and Thank you for covering this 👍 this is semi high speed modern train, now India is building it's own high speed train sets, it will be coming in 2028-30, that will be amazing to ride, hope to see you again 😊
What a massive difference these new trains will make to travelling in India, pity no private rooms available for solo use, let's hope they look after them, fantastic video 👏👍
I want you to point out every faults. Feedback helps in modernisation.
So it's a big surprise for me that they have such nice, new and luxurious trains in India. Thumbs up and I'm just secretly envious 👍
After a long time 🎉 welcome 🎉
Embarrassed. That you had to travel with others in spite of a first class ticket.
We indians are way behind the Chinese and the Japanese when it comes to trains.
But it doesn't seem that way from the comments on here.
Beautiful India ❤
Kindly correct yourself there is nothing called paneer curry at 11:27, it is paneer masala, it's sad that you try to turn good food into the foreigner slur "curry" for this vegetable
I would like you to travel in a VB sleeper train on southern (Kerala) route once it's operational here also.
Are there also single ocu cabins. in first class?
This train is amazing I hope indian railways rollout this train on the route of delhi to Bengaluru, it will be an amazing experience in this route
I did the VANDE BHARAT EX last year but not the Sleepercar. Modern and fresh train incl a good meal
Not this Bro' travel on Namo Bharat once that's genuinely 180-200 kmph
17:17 ALCo 🫡❤️
10:44 this option is not available because railway is a government entity and they need to make as much seat as available for passengers to travel. Still there is always a huge waiting list. Railway can not was two seats for one person, which will become very controversial if it happens
Hallo/Servus from Freiburg in Breisgau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Please take the time to read through at your leisure.
First of all, thank you for travelling to India. Thank you for supporting local businesses. We're a nation and a people who believe in "Atithi Devo Bhava" Sanskrit/Devanagarii for "Guest is God".
Traveling across multiple states in India is like traveling through multiple nations in the European Union or the Schengen-zone but with three times more people, every couple hundred kilometers, everything changes.
– Your complaint about not being able to book a dedicated cabin this is a valid one which unfortunately can never be fulfilled as you are aware, mass transportation in India is a major challenge. And the Indian railways cannot afford to allow dedicated cabins, no matter what you pay for your ticket, even if you pay for four of them, let alone if you are an international traveler who can afford it, unless you choose to travel on the "The Deccan Odyssey" ,"Palace on Wheels", "Golden Chariot" or the final boss "Maharaja Express" All sounding like premium trains from the British Colonial era you would find yourself pleased with the accommodation and treated like royalty (definitely a bucket list for any rail enthusiast).
– Regarding the Wi-Fi issue, even if you had onboard Wi-Fi, I would doubt it would be that great. It usually allows you to connect to Indian Railways' version of the Internet. Restricted to a few TV shows or some movies and real-time information, unlike the open internet you would find on the ICE trains or French TGVs here in Europe. It's more of the SBB/airlines experience, even if you are allowed to connect to it. Regardless, India is one of the few countries in the world with one of the best 5G connectivity throughout the country. Unfortunately, the same thing cannot be said about Southern Germany, Schwarzwald region so close to the international border between 3 major developed economies of the world, Switzerland, Germany and France. In this case, Wi-Fi and the ability to connect to the Internet become paramount.
– I would like to address something that you did not mention in your video and for good reason. We Indians seem to have this disease of "not my problem". You can see it everywhere. It's not just a lack of awareness; it's just a lack of care. The best example would be the bedding in the cabin once you were about to exit the train. Basic Etiquette states that you would fold your bedding to make it easy for the staff to collect it. Among the four people in your cabin, you are the only one who even bothered. Same thing on the streets outside. "I can litter because it's not my problem to clean it. I am paying taxes for the government to employ people to do it on my behalf." This mindset has ruined India's reputation and the generalized online hate for everything Indian. This is something that is changing rapidly this attitude is more common in some places than others. For example, Southern states, northeastern and their people, where you started your journey, are known to have less of this "not my problem" disease.
Overall, there are subtle changes that need to be implemented ASAP to make the journey on one of the highest offering on the Indian railways even better.
I hope you had fun and discovered a lot on your trip to India. Be advised, this is only my personal view. You are free to agree or disagree as you please.
Do pay a visit to the Schwarzwald region of Germany, if you haven't already.
Please do visit the south of India and my hometown, Bangalore again. My home state of Karnataka is "One State, Many Worlds"
Namaste!
13:40 we had given a feedback on this exact bug and railways has taken it into consideration. In upcoming rakes they will implement curtains. Have you provided the feedback to the railway staff? They are taking feedbacks as this rake is still under operational tests

Great train and interesting vid, as usual. Thanks
