In this video, I’m sharing my exact, battle-tested 5-day Shinkansen itinerary to see Japan’s most stunning “hidden gem” cherry blossom spots. From the “Pink Carpet” moats of Hirosaki to the weeping cherry trees of a Samurai village, this is the Japan most tourists never see. We’ll be using the JR East Pass (Tohoku Area) to save hundreds of dollars and staying at hotels right at the station gates for maximum efficiency.
