Stephen Nelson is on quite the heater. The 36-year-old Southern California native is calling his second WBC in Japan. In 2022, Nelson got a job calling games on TV for his childhood team, the Los Angeles Dodgers. Nelson went to Japan for the first time to call the 2023 WBC in Tokyo, taking his mother, who is Japanese. He’s also had a kid, been part of two World Series broadcasts and started hosting SportsCenter.
