■ Same-day ticket sales counter

・Tickets will be sold on the day.

*If you purchase tickets at the ticket counter on the day, a handling fee of 400 yen will be charged per ticket.

■To visiting team supporters

・Reserved seats for visitors are on the Upper levels(5th floor).

・If you plan to wear visiting team support goods, please purchase a Visitor Reserved Seat, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, or Category 4 FV Mix.

Seats other than the visitor reserved seats, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, and Category 4 FV Mix are in the home area, so wearing or using visitor uniforms or support goods while cheering or watching the game is not permitted.

Please note that you cannot cheer for the visiting team even if you are not wearing the visiting uniform or merchandise.

Customers with visitor reserved seat tickets or wearing visiting team merchandise will not be permitted to enter the Gamba supporter seat area.

Please note that at various points within the concourse, we will be checking that you are wearing your ticket or merchandise when entering each area.

■Smoking area

・Smoking areas (cigarettes and heated tobacco) will be open until the last 10 minutes of the session.

■Temporary exit/re-entry

・You may leave the venue until the last 10 minutes of the session, and re-enter until the last 20 minutes of the session.

■Exit Information

・Exits will be distributed through four gates. Please cooperate in reducing crowding.

■For customers arriving by car

If you are coming by car, you will need to purchase a parking ticket in advance.

・You cannot enter the “South Parking Lot” without purchasing a parking ticket.

*It may take longer than usual to enter and exit the parking lot.

■For customers coming by motorcycle

・Parking is in the “South Parking Lot.”

*Advance reservations are not required.

・Please pay the fee (210 yen) directly at the South Parking Lot.

・The entrance and exit to the South Parking Lot is the same as for cars, as shown below.

■To customers who have purchased a parking ticket for the South Parking Lot

・On match days, the entrance to the South Parking Lot will be different from the usual entrance on the Gate 1 side. The usual South Parking Lot entrance/exit will be an exit-only entrance and will not be available for entry. Please be aware of this.

*Customers who have purchased a parking ticket must park in the South Parking Lot after 9:00.

*Please note that it may take longer than usual to enter and exit the parking lot. If you are coming by car, please be aware of this.

In addition, please refrain from illegal parking near the venue, unauthorized parking at surrounding facilities, or nuisance parking by shuttle vehicles on surrounding roads, as this will cause great inconvenience to local residents.

(1) OFA Banpaku Football Center North Side Bicycle Parking Lot

(2) Please park at either the site of the old clubhouse behind Gate 3 or Gate 4.

*Please refrain from illegally parking bicycles near the stadium or at surrounding facilities without permission as this will cause great inconvenience to local residents.

*Motorcycles (including mopeds) cannot be parked in the bicycle parking area.

*If you are coming by motorcycle, please park in the South Parking Lot.

■Osaka Monorail

・It is expected to be very crowded after the match.

We may restrict entry to ticket gates. We appreciate your cooperation.

■Special bus information

Special buses (fees apply) will be operated.

*The number of each special bus is limited.
