Hello…is there public parking there?
As a 13=time visitor to Negril, I can attest to the accuracy of this video. I've stayed at all-inclusives (Couples and Sunset at the Palms) and smaller hotels (R.I.P. T-Water Beach Hotel, the friendliest and most pleasant hotel in Negril, now long gone and demolished). This is really well done and informative! I wish you'd mentioned Bloody Bay, the other 3 miles of Seven Mile Beach. That's where the Riu hotels are (yuck), Couples, Royalton, etc. are. And there are not many small beach restaurants on Bloody Bay. I prefer the boutique hotels, many of which are perfectly nice and with friendlier staff.
The hustle you mentioned can get ferocious, especially since COVID. Sometimes "No thanks" is met with persistence. And it can get old after a very short time. But overall the place is the most soul-healing place I've ever gone to. Oh, and I never felt a need to go to Rick's Cafe. I'd rather sit on the beach eating fish caught that day by the guy who owns the snorkel boat I was on in the afternoon along with a few others.
8 weeks and counting to go 🇯🇲💛🇯🇲💚🇯🇲💙🇯🇲🩵🇯🇲❤️🇨🇦
Oh wow… my friend what an awesome video… I will be visiting Catcha falling star and then heading to Hideaway Royalton to get the best of both worlds… Negril is my favorite place and i will ALWAYS return… yay!!! So good to see you
What a great vlog! Love that you highlighted the small little spots and vendors..
Thanks for stopping in at Arthurs Beach..Sharkey is such a character😂😂 he had majority of the story correct because indeed it's the first bar on the beach, started in 1952 by Ferdinand Arthurs 📌
Wonderful video man! Going to Negril soon! Can’t wait!
Thanks, this is so informative. Could you suggest boutique hotels on Seven mile and Bloody Beach? Thanks so much!
I want to Rondall village and get robbery in my 2 second floor villa be safe people.
Been there 14 times, bloody bay is my favorite place. You can arrange transportation for alot less than $100. The vendors on 7 mile beach will drive you crazy, that's why I prefer Bloody Beach at Couples. Best swimmable beach. The food in Negril is nothing to look foward to. We like Couples because it has a nude beach and luxury amenities. At most of the smaller places, hot water and clean towels are a luxury. Don't buy anything, all junk. The best part of 7 mile beach is the local music every nite up and down the beach, Jamaica is out go place.
like to add, Rick's Cafe is just another tourist ripoff joint. Try Peewee's instead.
You'all, the entire Negril beach is open. OPEN to everybody. Don't let anyone tell you differently. I walk on the beach from downtown behind Burger King all the way to the border with Hanover.🇯🇲 I believe that is 7 miles. Go for it.
Great video! Do you know the more convient and cheapest way to go from Riu Palace to 7 mile?
I spent 30 day there in 1977 Great!!!
Excellent video and very informative about Negril.
