I had a fantastic first monjayaki dinner in Tsukishima a couple of years ago but missed the tortoise!

Turtle probably living his best life with warm housing, regular meals, love from family. But putting costumes and little hats on wild animals not so common these days. Definitely a well cared for treasure of the community. ✅
