Tajima Wagyu Ichibo πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅ Yakiniku in Osaka

Wagyu Ichibo, known as Picanha, grilled simply with salt.
This was our experience at Dojima Yakiniku Ryoriten in Osaka.

In a city filled with Yakiniku restaurants, Osaka, this course centered on pure Tajima Usunaga Gyu. The Ichibo in the video was seasoned only with salt and grilled by the chef to the restaurant’s recommended internal temperature, allowing the natural structure of the cut to stand out.

Their highest offering, the Welcome to Japan course, also features Kobe Beef alongside other Wagyu selections from across the country.
