To save time since its only 90 minutes, I would leave a small spot for grilling the Wagyu beef since Wagyu beef doesnt take any time to grill. So you will have good marbled beef to eat at all times while you grill other things that takes more time.

next time gently heat the Unagi, then throw the beef on, put the small seafood on and then put the larger piece on in the side and then whatever you feel like after that. course yourself.

Crab is the worst food to eat in time limited buffet. it's so time consuming unless it's already peeled and ready to eat.

The small grill is by design to put an unofficial ceiling on how much a customer can eat, but the hardcore customers just eat all the seafood raw.

I grew up in New Orleans, I can tell pre cooked seafood a mile away. And that was precooked, hense why it is dry.
