Hand made Onigiri Restaurant #vlogjapan #japanesefood #onigiri
Have you ever tried freshly made onigiri?🍙
Just tried Onigiri Konga in Kobe and wow… this is what real onigiri tastes like!
The rice was so fluffy and warm, it practically melted in my mouth.
I got the soy-marinated egg and salmon—simple ingredients, but you can taste the care in every single bite.
I love Konbini onigiri (they’re honestly great for a quick snack), but when you’re in Japan, you HAVE to try freshly made, hand-crafted onigiri at least once. It’s a completely different experience!— the rice isn’t packed tight, it’s warm and barely holds together until you bite it.
The owner trained at the legendary Bongo in Tokyo (very famous Onigiri stand), and it shows.
This little hidden spot in a quiet Motomachi alley is absolutely worth the visit.
