I went to one of the most emotional cities in the world… and I wasn’t ready for what I’d feel. This is Hiroshima, Japan — explored in cinematic 4K — but this isn’t just a travel video.
It’s a story about survival, history, and what peace actually means when you stand in the exact place where the atomic bomb changed the world forever.
I visit the iconic A-Bomb Dome, walk through the Peace Memorial Park, and step inside the museum that shows the real human cost of war.
Along the way, I share a deeply personal family story connected to Hiroshima — including the long-term effects survivors faced for decades.
But this trip isn’t only about the past.
I also try to experience Hiroshima as it exists today:
• Riding local trams with a simple travel card
• Finding incredibly cheap local food (seriously… so good)
• Exploring castles, quiet streets, and hidden spots most tourists miss
• Seeing how a city can carry tragedy and still feel peaceful, warm, and alive
And the biggest question I kept asking myself the whole time:
How does a place with this much history still feel so calm?
