I’m taking the Shin Nihonkai Ferry from Tomakomai-east (Hokkaido) to Niigata and trying out the Deluxe B Twin cabin this time.

  1. god that ramen looks good. i want two of them. i love the way the ramen goes up one side of the bowl and down the other side.

  2. The sea was rough enough in my eyes and seeing the ship bob up and down when you were outside I would of cried my eyes out ๐Ÿคฃ

  3. I and my daughter were in Japan for 6 weeks a couple years back. My oldest daughter was married to a US Navy man and she was pregnant so we went to be with her when he was deployed on the ship. We loved Japan!!

  4. I see you've solved the "large rice is not large enough" problem!! The food actually looked more like Denny's than the Denny's video!
Brrrr. That was a cold trip. Hope it was warm in the ferry. Thank you for the video.

  5. For as old as this ferry is it doesnโ€™t look too dated really! Loved the video STJ, thank you for sharing! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜Š

  6. Wow, those waves don't look as bad as one of your trips a year or two back where you had a forward cabin.

  7. Just a gentle rocking from the waves this time. You haven't had a trip as "interesting" as one a few years ago. But if I remember correctly, that was on the Pacific side of Japan when the ferry was crashing through the waves like a bucking horse. The Chilli shaker was playing pick-a-boo with the bowl, and the ramen was an interesting choice for lunch. Something interesting I noticed: the Snow amounts. You went from what I have here in Ontario to barely nothing. So warm up for the next trip,
