The weekend of Nov. 9-10 was filled with celebrations for the new emperor of Japan, ranging for traditional festival dances to an imperial parade through central Tokyo. The events, which were originally scheduled to follow the enthronement ceremony on Oct. 22, were postponed in respect of the victims of recent typhoons in Japan.
