The cherry blossom season is the most anticipated time of year in Japan, and there is no better place to experience it than at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo in Nakameguro. Located right along the Meguro River, famous for its stunning cherry trees, the Roastery is set to launch its 2026 Sakura season on 18 February 2026.
This year’s theme is “Serendipity in SAKURA — A Spring to Meet Your SAKURA”, focusing on the unexpected beauty and joyful encounters that spring brings. From exclusive cherry blossom-inspired beverages to a stunning new merchandise collection and a unique miniature art exhibition, here is everything you need to know about the Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo Sakura 2026 celebration.
Sakura Merchandise Collections 2026
The 2026 merchandise is divided into three distinct collections, catering to different lifestyles and aesthetics.
SAKURA 2026 Collection
The “SAKURA 2026 Collection” is themed around a premium, relaxing time enjoying night cherry blossoms (yozakura). The lineup is inspired by the weeping cherry trees along the Meguro River at night and the scene of the Roastery terrace bathed in soft, warm light.
For those enjoying the blossoms outdoors, the collection includes portable items like stainless steel bottles and tumblers. For a more relaxed experience at home, there are mugs and handcrafted Tsugaru Vidro glasses. Featuring delicate night sakura graphics and a palette of sophisticated pinks and blues, these items bring a touch of spring elegance to your daily routine.
