


I thought I’d share my Teishoku today. I had rice, miso soup, carrot burdock salad (store bought), and pork belly shogayaki. The only thing I was disappointed by was the cabbage, it’s hard to get green cabbage around here and white cabbage doesn’t get fluffy, kinda stays as sticks, even when put in water for a half hr. The pork was delicious, really good. I saved half the rice and I think I’ll make a chahan tomorrow. Exciting stuff 🙂 Pork recipe is from “Ryuji no ‘Buzz Recipes’” channel on YouTube.
