Road trip through AOMORI, Japan! 14 Days of Campervan Life – Day 9
Traveling across all the prefectures in Tohoku, Japan in the TINIEST campervan!
For two full weeks, I explored Tohoku, Japan, in a little campervan! The tiny car was my home on wheels as I traveled off the beaten path, visiting incredible scenic spots, local roadside stations, and bubbling onsen baths.
Day 9 brought me to new parts of Aomori prefecture, where I feasted on a
Nokkedon seafood bowl, walked through the beautiful Nebuta Museum, awed at the marvelous fall foliange at the Hakkoda Ropeway and Jogakura Bridge, and went for an interesting mixed-gender bath at Sukayu Onsen.

I got visual overload reds, greens, orange and winters snow….too bad a drum was not available for you at the museum! I thought you would put a steak on the grill and incite a food riot at the campground! The seafood market was stocked with fresh fish and other delights. I could feel the bite of winter…keep warm and healthy and thanks for this adventure (matchbox maximus). Please no blanket fights!
