Enjoy Sakura Mojito and Strawberry Sangria Highballs

High Up – Highball Happy Hour can be enjoyed daily from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Tavern – Grill & Lounge on the 51st floor of the hotel Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills, offering views of the city skyline as it transitions from dusk to evening. Throughout March and April, the menu features two limited-edition drinks: the Sakura Mojito Highball and the Strawberry Sangria Highball.

The Sakura Mojito Highball features rum infused with salted cherry blossoms and a delicate sakura syrup. Shiso, mint, and lime provide a crisp, herbal acidity that perfectly balances the floral sweetness. The Strawberry Sangria Highball is a vibrant pink, sangria-style highball that blends rosé wine with strawberry and orange. Accented by subtle cherry sweetness and refreshing yuzu soda, it offers a fruity, balanced profile that pairs classic sangria inspiration with a refined Japanese seasonal touch.
