🍣Futaba Sushi is a rare, heritage-level sushi restaurant that has been around for over 70 years. It features a traditional water-flowing counter, where clear water runs gently in front of the guests, a style that has almost disappeared in Japan.
One of the most unique parts of the experience is that you can wash your hands directly at the counter using the flowing water. Because modern hygiene regulations make this design very difficult to maintain, only a handful of places like this remain nationwide.
