12 Places in Kyoto you cannot miss (4K Cinematic Travel)

Are you thinking about traveling to Kyoto, then here I have a peaceful and informative video about 12 beautiful places you cannot miss when you are in Kyoto. Many of these places where really quite and crowd free, which made it so much more of an unforgettable experience for me and I wish that for everyone.

My main tip is to explore Kyoto by dividing the city into areas. Kyoto is a large city, and traveling between temples and shrines in different areas can be very time-consuming.

For this video I explored the following parts of the city:
– Northern Higashiyama (Ginkaku-ji)
– Southeast Kyoto (Tōfuku-ji and Fushimi Inari)
– Southern Higashiyama (Yasaka Shrine, Yasaka Pagoda, and Kennin-ji)
– Uji (Byōdō-in)
– Arashiyama (Adashino Nenbutsu-ji, the Katsura River, and the famous but very crowded Bamboo Forest)
– Northwest Kyoto (Kinkaku-ji and Ryōan-ji)
– Central Kyoto for a traditional tea ceremony at Maikoya
