Hakone, Japan is the perfect little side trip between Tokyo and Kyoto. Here is our 2-night stay at a traditional Ryokan, experiencing onsens, wearing Yukata, a kaiseki dinner and hiking a samurai trail. We stayed at Takumino Yado Yoshimatsu, a traditional ryokan surrounded by gardens with views of Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji on clear days.
