We Found the Best Mt. Fuji Shot in Japan
After a couple years of living and exploring Japan and having photographed Mt. Fuji from many angles, I think I finally captured my best photo of this iconic volcano. This cinematic vlog follows me and my friend Ken as we chase the best composition of Mt. Fuji we’ve ever seen, while snapping a few more unique angles along the way.

Waiting… but can't Wait! 😄❤
And I found the most beautiful Mount Fuji video.
Curious what you guys think of the photos. Anything you would’ve done differently? I myself can think of several things I missed in retrospect.. guess I’ll just have to go back 😩
Can already tell where this is. This location has nothing to do with the main Kawaguchi Asama Shrine. It's just a privately owned business location for the sole purpose of swindling money from Instagramers for a pic of Mt Fuji and a tori gate. There are tons of other better authentic picturesque locations for free, without the hassle of a xenophobic owner as well.
You are right about the conditions being the deciding factor. I was in Hakone and it rained the whole time. I never got to see Fuji, not even from a train. Maybe on a future trip perhaps?
I really liked the opening shot the most – of the person riding the bike, with Fiji in the background.
I see what you mean about the Torii gate shots. Yes, they’re absolutely gorgeous lol, but now knowing the facade of it all… I appreciate the disclosure 😂
Bro please drop a video on how you plan your videos – every video is so well structured.
For me, a captured shot is a moment, within a story. You are a storyteller, a filmmaker, a photographer, a curator of beauty, and one who captures these moments so that we may marvel and be awestruck. Capture all you can. Continue being you — telling your beautiful stories. ❤
I also think the opening shot with the lady on the bike and Mt Fuji in the background is very nice. Reminded me of scenes from the Netflix "The Hot Spot".
