Hokkaido Buffet at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay from December 26, 2025

Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay will hold a “Hokkaido Buffet” from December 26, 2025 to March 1, 2026.

The menu includes a kaisen-don (seafood rice bowl) that is completed right in front of guests using their preferred toppings such as autumn salmon, salmon roe, sweet shrimp, surf clams, squid somen, and minced tuna; steamed cod and clams in white wine; seafood pie wrapped and baked with crab and tomato sauce; and pork chops. Handmade mozzarella cheese, created in collaboration with Fresh Cheese Studio, can be enjoyed in various ways, such as a caprese with tomatoes and olive oil or paired with seafood. Hokkaido specialties such as “Hokkaido Vintage White 2023” and “Drift Ice Draft,” a blue beer brewed with drift-ice meltwater, will also be available as à la carte drinks. From January 1 to 3, 2026, in addition to seven types of traditional New Year’s osechi dishes including sweet simmered chestnuts, herring kelp rolls, teriyaki yellowtail, and chikuzen-ni, the hotel will serve beef fillet en croûte, teppanyaki steak, and tempura.

The venue is the first-floor buffet restaurant “The Cafe.” Serving hours are from noon to 2:30 p.m. for lunch, and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner. Prices start from 4,200 yen for adults and 2,100 yen for children, tax and service charge included.
