Made a Loco Moco

I was playing Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth and saw a Loco Moco on the menu of one of the Hawaiian restaurants and that plus some munchies inspired me to make this dish. Its a Japanese style hambagu with a nice and rich mushroom and onion gravy. The egg yolk mixed very nicely with the rest of the dish. I used the justonecookbook recipe for this.
