I hope you enjoy these 12 different travel destinations to visit over the coming year. I still have many more places to visit to fill in more of the world so any more ideas are always welcome. Expect new videos from Venice, Lake Como, Laos and Cambodia over the coming months. Thanks as ever for your continued support!

  2. Ankor Wat is still in war zone. I am pretty sure the war will continue in 2026.

  3. I have planned several of my trips based on your plan incl Santorini, Malta and Jordan. I am visiting Vietnam in January and am following parts of your itinerary. I lived in London for a couple of years (moved to Switzerland last July from London) and used some of your local tips as well during my stay.

  4. Such an awesome video! You definitely added a few destinations to our bucket list, like Cambodia and Jordan! Also, your videos are always such fun! Thanks for sharing! ๐Ÿ˜„

  5. Many thanks for all of your tips and videos. You are always good. Your advice has helped us a lot and given us ideas. Best wishes for a great 2026 for you both.

  6. Awesome suggestions.
I have visited Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Sahara Desert in Morocco (Merzouga), Petra in Jordan, Ubud in Bali, Madeira in Portugal and Chiang Mai in Thailand.
I do love Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, Greece, Portugal, Egypt, Sri Lanka and Philippines. However, I think Pakistan is very underrated and worth visiting especially the northern mountains which is seriously stunning and spectacular.

  7. Always enjoyed the high quality of your travel videos, both the commentary and the scenery. Keep up the good work

  8. Over 40 years I've seen most of the world but notice USA National Parks are on your list. I'm from Australia, have seen about half of them and think you'd love hiking Zion, Bryce Canyon, seeing Antelope Canyon and more. Utah is spectacular. I went with Southern Utah Scenic Tours who have a 12 night(?) small group itinerary. In January this year I saw Yellowstone which in winter is other-wordly. Panama Canal & Everglades next and Costa Rica is to die for, too. I agree, Madeira is fantastic. Next would be Joshua Tree NP & Death Valley as there's too much in the USA to go anywhere else while my knees allow.

  9. Another phenomenal video! Happy holidays to you and your family. When you are looking for "more Canada" I hope you consider the Atlantic Coast. There are direct flights through Westjet from Gatwick to Halifax, it would be well worth your time!

  10. Thank you for all the great inspiration! If you love mountains I recommend North Pakistan, it's outstanding for the scenery. It's worth noting that it's home to K2, second highest mountain in the world.

  11. I'm so looking forward to your Cambodia video. I'm going in March 2026 and your brilliant tips will be so helpful. Thanks for all your great videos.

  12. Planning a 6 month trip for next year and I have Japan, Slovenia, Laos, and Jordan all on the list so I am happy to see them here! I think I am looking forward to Jordan the most as it will be just so different for me.

  13. After we saw your video from Canada, We will make this trip our selves. Thank you so much for sharing. You made us book this trip. Love your channel.

  14. Your videos are the best. Can't wait to see the Cambodia (one of my fav places on Earth) and Laos (in my top 3 yet to travel to) videos. Highly rec Costa Rica! Went there last year and fell in love. Only place so far that even comes close to competing with the North of Thailand in terms of beauty and nature.

  15. Love your video's and your commantary. When planning our travel to Japan this year, your video's where so helpfull (and we indeed adored the egg sandwich).

  16. Excellent video as always :)) I can recomennd for your bucket list some of my recent trips: Switzerland- no, it does not have to be expensive if you do your reasearch right (including on the various transport passes they have), if you are willing to stay in apartments, not in hotels and if you are willing to eat some excellent rotissory chicken from Coop and Migros supermarkets from time to time instead of eating out every day in restaurants. We visited Luzern and Grindelwald areas for two weeks and Lugano, Locarno and Zermatt areas on a second trip, also for two weeks. I say "areas" because there are many day trips that you can do from each spot and you don''t even have to be based in these locations because public transport is top notch and you can find a more affordable base within 15 minutes train ride. For instance, you don't have to necessarily stay in Luzern, you can stay nearby along the lake Lucerne because you are going to spend your time day tripping anyway to Rigi, Pilatus, Stanserhorn, Stoos etc. We were impressed and are already plannning our third trip.

  17. This is very well done! You do such a great job showcasing places I donโ€™t know anything about. Slovenia looks amazing! My daughter lives in Ilsan, South Korea. Do you have plans to visit that country? I think you would very much enjoy Korean BBQ! I have also been to Banff & Jasper and Venice. There is much more for you to explore in Italy. We plan to see Bavaria & Austria fall of 2026. Also, youโ€™ve made me want to fly to Singaporeโ€ฆjust to see the airport! ๐Ÿ˜‚I look forward to more of your work! Thank you for all youโ€™ve done so far!

  18. Sigh and dream at your choices and places, I shall probably never visit most of the places, yet I do enjoy your choices and hope you get to all the places you and your partner wish to go to.

  19. Amazing video! I wanted to visit Cambodia and Laos before watching it, and youโ€™ve made me want to go there even more. Hopefully, this year!๐Ÿค

  20. Slovenia is such a great destination. Definitely go there before there are too many tourists. I loved my time there.
I would skip Ubud in Bali and visit Lombok instead. Ubud for me was too touristy and too Westernised, whereas Lombok gives you an authentic Indonesian experience, with picturesque rice fields and loads of wildlife.
Oh, and I enjoyed the 52% jibe!!

  21. If you're going to visit Vienna in Austria (and you should it's beautiful) it's worth popping over to Bratislava in Slovakia. It's very underrated in my opinion.

Also if you're considering Costa Rica I would suggest maybe Belize. A really cool mix between Caribbean island, nature and Mayan history if you're willing to do a multi stop holiday. You can also go just over the border with Guatemala and see Tikal and the lake (I forget the name) which are world leading.

  22. I always enjoy watching your videos. Everything is presented in a professional way, avoiding unnecessary words, self-promotion, and stock footage used only for impression.
What truly excites me, though, is your commentary and your amazing sense of humor at exactly the right moments.
Being a non-native English speaker, I sometimes try to imitate your style. Even though itโ€™s obviously impossible to reach your level, I feel that you help me a lot in improving the quality of my own videos on my channel.
    Thank you very much!

  23. Playing Chinese music as BGM when youโ€™re introducing Japan – I find that quite offensive ๐Ÿ˜‚

  24. I love how you emphasized that this is human-made. Human on Holiday! Yessssss! I will ALWAYS prefer travel photos and videos created by a HUMAN! โคโคโค please keep it up. Donโ€™t let AI discourage you. You have loyal followers like me!

  25. Lugar maravilhoso, estou encantada. Tenho certeza que e a experiencia para a vida inteira. Hahhh Slovenia apaixonante.

  26. We just visited Laos during 2025/12/20~2026/1/2.
We focused more on three UNESCO sites and some amazing historical sites in Luang Prabang, Pakse, Phonsavan and Savannakhet, totally skipped Vang Vieng, and wished we didnโ€™t need to stay in Vientiane at all, unfortunately for transits we had to stop by Vientiane which we did not enjoy.
