⭐ 4 Must Try Places in Kyoto,Japan
1️⃣ Nishiki Market – 400 year old market is filled with stalls offering Japanese Edibles. This place is a big part of the food scene. Restaurants & Home chefs get there ingredients here
2️⃣Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu – We loved the Wagyu Sirloin Katsugyu Zen . This has a perfect meat to fat ratio. It was juicy ,tender and crispy
3️⃣Gion Unagi Kawato – Grill Eel & Sea urchin rice box was my favorite. The Eel was sweet, crispy & smokey while the Uni was Rich & butter mixed with duck yolk.
4️⃣Dotombori Kamukura – this place was clutch after 9pm, most places were closed. I got the Roasted Pork & Seasoned Egg Ramen with Gozya & Cola. This combo was under 1400¥. Gozya was crispy from being pan Fried while the inside was juicy . Ramen noodle was Al dente with a Rich Chicken broth. The Pork Charshu was tender & juicy with a perfectly cooked egg
