How The Drip Rifle Worked 🤔

  1. So does it only fire once? My dumbass having a hard time seeing after it fills and fire once. TF happens then? It's already filled. Public schooling and associates degree not helping me lol.

  2. but how to shoot again? and wont alot of guns shoot roughly at the same time? also i doubt there was enough water to fill potentially thousand of cans unless it rained but then wouldnt the guns shoot even faster?

  3. Wow then the tin can pull the trigger? And if it can it will only make 1 fire so how is the battle still going there must be a gap between and its huge obviously 😂

  4. It doesn’t seem too efficient though. Considering those rifles are bolt action and have to be cycled manually they can only shoot once with this mechanism

  5. There’s a pretty high chance that this actually killed somebody and nobody ever knew, because how would you confirm that? You really can’t

  6. How did they stop the string from slipping off the trigger as the tension increased? Then, having retreated, you now are leaving the theatre without a weapon which seems more risky than simply filing out in sequence. This seems more like legend than something that could have worked.

  7. Only thing dummer than war…..is fighting someone else's. 💀

A wise man wont fugure out how to win a war……a wise Man would figure out how to avoid war in the first place 🙄🤦🏾‍♂️💯🫡

  8. The weight doesn’t yank, it pulls tension until the trigger reaches the point of fire.
You know I get that the people who are actually trying to edit this and tell this story really don’t have any idea what you’re talking about.

  9. Just think for a moment: When you retreat you're often low on provisions… including water. Could well be, that the opponents got quite pissed when they found out, that not only they were fooled by drip-triggered rifles but also… um… what liquid the soldiers might have used instead of water … in such an emergency situation.
