KYOTO, Japan — Kyoto Distillery, a pioneer in Japan’s craft gin movement, made its name with a focus on quality and the use of Japanese ingredients such as yuzu citrus fruit, green tea and shiso herbs. The company recently brought a new facility online, increasing its capacity and promising to propel the gin maker to even greater heights in the international liquor scene.
