I finally reached the coastline I had long hoped to visit.
The gentle sound of winter waves filled my ears,
and in front of me spread a quiet seaside scene —
tetrapods covered in snow and a soft white shoreline.

I walked through knee‑deep snow to reach the water’s edge.
