Comment From Original Creator Masaoki Shindo

Masaoki Shindo shared a comment regarding the adaptation:

“Thank you for reading RuriDragon again this year. Among Kyoto Animation’s works, Hyouka is my personal favorite, especially the cultural festival arc with its multiple perspectives. Watching Houtarou mind the booth the entire time was the most fun part for me. He is just sitting there. And now, this manga is being adapted into an anime by Kyoto Animation.”
