‘Rich burnt miso ramen’ 濃厚焦味噌󠄀ラーメン from Osaka Ramen Expo (and to anyone who picked up 2 ramen tickets… You’re welcome!)

I tried this for our first ramen. It was pretty good, but somehow wasn't rich enough for me. Maybe it's a translation error, but I found it really light?? haha

Then I wanted to try the 'Sapporo-styled spiced miso ramen' 札幌仕込み！スパイス味噌ラーメン and 'Hinai chicken soba' 比内鶏肉そば, but to my demise… When I was about to line up again, I discovered my remaining 2 ramen tickets and the 3 voting vouchers were GONE 💀 I'm assuming it fell out of my pocket when I sat down to eat my ramen and I never realised it 🥹 So to the person who got ¥2000 worth of ramen for free, you're welcome! 😂

However from the courtesy of a friend who was too full and couldn't finish, I managed to try the Sapporo style spiced ramen and enjoyed that a lot more. It was so rich and creamy, and had more umami in it! I didn't manage to take a pic of that because I was still bummed out about losing my tickets.
