The Shirakawa-go Illumination only happens a few days a year,
and this plan is available on February 1st only, which makes it even more special.
Honestly, I think most Japanese people dream of seeing it at least once.

Japan’s snowy scenery is just… next level beautiful.
And if you’re lucky enough to see the snow and the illumination together, that would be so special, right? 🤍✨
(Even though it doesn’t always snow!)

What I love about this plan is how easy it is —
you travel by car, so no stress, no complicated transfers, just enjoy the journey 🚗✨
Plus, you get free time in Takayama before heading to the illumination.

I haven’t been yet, but this is definitely on my bucket list 👀
