Good morning from London π¬π§ In this video we land in the UK and share our very first impressions as Australians seeing London for the first time. We explore the heart of the city, walk past Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, ride through busy streets filled with red buses and black cabs, and get lost in that classic London vibe. Weβre staying near Victoria, walking through some seriously posh neighbourhoods, dealing with wind, cold, traffic lights you actually have to press, and trying all the little things you donβt notice until youβre here in person. We also surprise Sophiaβs family whoβve been living in the UK for the past two years and have no idea weβre even in the country. That moment alone made the trip worth it.
The next day we head out to Oxford to visit famous Harry Potter filming locations, explore historic university halls, and see places that are hundreds of years old. Trains get cancelled, plans change, and we just roll with it. This is our honest, unfiltered first look at London and the UK. Aussies are always welcome in the UK – just come back from Australia myself.π
You can't visit churches in London on Sundays? That's the one day of the week you can pretty much guarantee you can get in. There are services in Westminster Abbey throughout the day every day and If you're attending a service you don't pay.
Go to Cornwall or go to the Lake District or the Cotswolds or at least somewhere in the countryside. See the real beauty of the uk London is rough in most places to busy and full of ignorant people in my experience.. well mostly.

You can go in Westmibster Abbey any day, and inside it is absolutely mind blowing. The entrance is round the side. You just missed it
