The snowiest capital in Asia is Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, followed by Pyongyang, Seoul, Beijing, and Tokyo. Pyongyang and Seoul see a lot of snow due to the influence of the cold front and continental high pressure, while Tokyo and Beijing see less snow due to their oceanic climate and topographical characteristics.
