Kei-chan Yaki

Kei-chan Yaki is a regional chicken dish from Gifu Prefecture (Hida / Gero area). The concept is simple but addictive:
bite-size chicken pieces are marinated in a miso-based sauce (usually miso + soy sauce + garlic + ginger), then grilled or stir-fried on a hot plate with cabbage and vegetables.
