Mild ramen for digestion recovery

I made a ramenesque dish for my wife who’s recovering from a laparoscopy: perilla and beef bone broth with buckwheat noods, thin sliced beef, baby bok choy and inoki mushrooms. Something mild while her insides are still unhappy ❤️‍🩹
